The role is based in Sydney, but you will work with our teams and clients around the world as required.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting and/or strategic business development
  • Experience leading and coaching consulting or project teams
  • Strong international experience, including working across markets and with multinational teams
  • Strong experience in one or more of our core advisory areas, including Growth Advisory, M&A and Supply Chain
  • Proven sales experience and the ability to independently drive client dialogues and take responsibility for the full sales cycle
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Fluency in Swedish is considered a merit, but is not a requirement for the role.

For this role, candidates must be either Swedish citizens or have the legal right to work in Australia.
