About the Role
At Seso, our Project Managers team ensures a great customer and worker experience throughout the visa processing cycle. They are responsible for achieving and improving Worker-On-Time arrival, and managing customer relationships and expectation handling.
As a Project Manager Support, you will give leverage to our PMs by helping with day-to-day tasks, mainly related to data entry, upload, and operational problem solving.
Location:
Hybrid in Monterrey. We spend three days per week at the office
or
Hybrid in Guatemala City. We spend 1-2 days per week at the co-working site
Fluency in Spanish and English is required
