About the Role
Join TAFE NSW and play a key role in shaping the future of construction education in NSW. As Project Manager, Special Projects, you will manage the design, delivery and evaluation of innovative construction education initiatives for the Construction Centre of Excellence, supporting small and medium-sized businesses and tradespeople to build the skills needed to meet workforce demand and deliver national housing targets.
Working closely with industry, government, education providers and internal stakeholders, you will manage complex projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring solutions are practical, industry-led and aligned to emerging workforce needs. You will drive the development of new training models, partnerships and capability-building initiatives that strengthen the construction sector's capacity, improve productivity and support the delivery of quality housing outcomes across NSW.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to transformative projects that create lasting benefits for learners, employers and the broader construction industry, while helping address one of Australia's most significant economic and social priorities.
The successful candidate must have a willingness and ability to travel to the Centre of Excellence campuses as required. CoE campuses are located at Kingswood and Meadowbank.
