Responsibilities:
·Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
·Personnel must be proficient in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.
·Strong analytical and leadership skills are required to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.
Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
·A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects.
·Personnel must have demonstrated experience in managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
·Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting.
·Must have an active PMP Certification
·Active TS/SCI Clearance
Desired not Required:
·Lean Six, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or DAWIA Level II in Program Management.
