- Support the configuration, testing, and maintenance of integrations between Vetspire and other platforms.
- Partner with vendors, Vetspire support, and internal resources to resolve integration and data issues.
- Provide second-line support for Vetspire and related helpdesk tickets.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities for system, process, or training improvements.
Cross-Functional Project Support
- Collaborate with operations, finance, clinical teams, and other stakeholders on technology and operational initiatives.
- Maintain clear communication throughout all phases of a project.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, risks, and dependencies in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Work Environment
This is a 100% remote position with travel of up to 25% for Vetspire migrations, practice support, company meetings, and other projects. Typical remote working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. based on the employee’s home time zone, unless another arrangement is approved.
