Accountabilities:

Lead and oversee strategic portfolio execution, ensuring alignment between initiatives, product roadmaps, and organizational OKRs while driving clarity across multiple programs and teams.

• Manage governance of timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery constraints in complex, multi-team environments.
• Facilitate executive reporting and stakeholder communication, providing visibility on progress, impediments, and key milestones.
• Drive portfolio performance analysis using flow metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and CFD to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement cycles (PDCA), leveraging data to enhance operational performance and predictability.
• Facilitate scaled agile ceremonies such as PI planning, discovery sessions, and delivery syncs.
• Assess agile maturity and define improvement roadmaps to strengthen delivery practices and consistency.
• Ensure adherence to defined methodologies, frameworks, and governance standards across teams and squads.

Requirements

Strong experience in project or program management within complex, technology-driven environments, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and strategic initiatives.

• Expertise in portfolio governance, roadmap planning, and alignment of execution with business strategy and OKRs.
• Solid understanding of agile frameworks (including SAFe), agile scaling ceremonies, and delivery governance practices.
• Experience working with flow and performance metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, CFD) and data-driven optimization approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with ability to translate complex topics into clear insights.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and structured problem-solving.
• Background in consulting or large-scale digital transformation environments is highly valued.
