JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of full-string battery installation projects, including order processing, scheduling, logistics, delivery, installer coordination, and project completion. The position ensures accurate and timely execution while optimizing cycle time, inventory, transportation costs, and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Coordination & Scheduling

  • Review battery orders for accuracy and project readiness.
  • Coordinate installation schedules with customers, Service Partners, Customer Engineers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Confirm installation dates and ensure project milestones are met.

Customer & Project Readiness

  • Manage customer requirements, including COIs, permits, site documentation, and access requirements.
  • Ensure all installation prerequisites are completed to avoid project delays.

Order & Logistics Management

  • Maintain project trackers and the Daily Battery Revenue Spreadsheet.
  • Coordinate battery sourcing, shipping, and delivery while balancing cost, inventory, and customer requirements.
  • Partner with planners and stakeholders to support complex and large-scale projects.

Shipment & Queue Management

  • Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays.
  • Manage inquiries and requests received through the Full String Queue.

Project Execution & Support

  • Track project progress through completion and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Provide after-hours or weekend support for critical customer installations when required.

Customer Commitment

  • Deliver responsive and accurate support through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Own customer concerns from request through resolution.
  • Ensure service commitments, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with teams to fulfill customer requirements efficiently.

Reporting & Communication

  • Maintain transaction records, reports, and project trackers.
  • Support team meetings by sharing updates, best practices, and process improvements.

Continuous Improvement & Team Support

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in training, quality programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide backup support for related functions and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, logistics, order management, or related functions.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and similar collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
