In Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work closely with leading professionals across industry and functional advisory services. Our focus is on helping clients solve complex business and technology challenges by combining strategic insight with disciplined,handsondelivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to join ahighgrowthTechnology Consultingteam and play a key role in leading and delivering largescaledigital, IT and operational transformationprogrammesfor clients across the Government and Private Sectorin Cyprus As a Project Manager, you willbe responsible forplanning,coordinatingand executing complexprojectsendtoend, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines,budgetand quality standards.

You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, business leaders, technicalteamsandthirdpartyvendors, acting as thecentral pointof coordination across all workstreams. You will be exposed to PwC’s proprietary project management methodologies, tools and global best practices, built on extensive experience from large,multiyeartransformation engagements, enabling you to deliverhighqualityoutcomes in a structured,controlledand reliable manner.

The primary work location is our PwC office in Nicosia, with a hybrid work model combining client visits, office presence, and remote work depending on project needs. Flexibility is key to meeting project deadlines, so adaptable working hours may berequired

Your Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management

  • Manage and run a wide variety of projects including but not limited to: Transformation Projects, IT Implementations, Business Process Re-engineering, Feasibility Studies etc.

  • Define project scope,objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.

  • Identifyand manage project dependencies and criticalpath

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

  • Ensure project team members receive the necessary support and resources to perform effectively.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

  • Facilitate meetings and communications between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Risk Management:

  • Identifypotential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensuretimelyresolution.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.

  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure adherence to PwC's methodologies and best practices.

Financial Management:

  • Track project costs and manage project budgets effectively.

  • Ensure financialobjectivesare met by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

  • Provide detailed andaccuratereporting to senior management and key stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business,Managementora relatedfield.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.

  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.

  • Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM,SAFe, PMI-ACP; ITIL or relevant technology certifications (e.g., cloud, ERP) areadvantageous

  • Proventrack recordof successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek

  • Proficiencyin project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).
