  Define scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders, and develop comprehensive project plans coordinating technical personnel.

  Manage project resources, budget, and schedules effectively.

  Identify, track, and manage risks and issues, developing necessary mitigation strategies.
• 
  Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.
• 
  Ensure quality assurance and adherence to internal and external standards and regulations.
• 
  Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• 
  Remove team impediments, shield the team from external interruptions, and support the Product Owner with backlog management.
• 
  Foster a culture of continuous improvement and track/report on key Agile metrics (e.g., burn-down, velocity).

• 
  A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
• 
  Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• 
  Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM).
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and/or as a Scrum Master.
• 
  Proven experience managing complex software development or IT projects.
• 
  Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 
  Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Experience with project management software.
• 
  Familiarity with scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or DaD.
