A global insurance company is looking for a young and energetic Project Manager/ Scrum Master to join their digital innovation team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for defining project scope and deliverables which achieve the strategic outcomes
• Manage all levels of stakeholders to ensure alignment in project goals and direction
• Liaise with Vendors and external consultants on service management
• Able to collaborate with the scrum teams for various deliverables
• Drive the development team to deliver quality release on sprints

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering discipline or related field
• 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Project or Digital Insurance Projects are highly preferred
• Expertise in Azure, HTML5, RDBMS, Gitflow, Java EE…etc
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
