Job Description

 We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 12 years of SAP experience, including expertise in S/4 HANA. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in alignment with scope, time, and budget. This role encompasses the full systems lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. The Project Manager will leverage core SAP expertise (SCM, FICO, CRM, BI) to enhance productivity, mitigate risks, and optimize cost efficiencies for clients.
Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory): - Experience: 12+ years in SAP project management, including extensive experience with S/4 HANA projects.- Project Management: Proven track record of leading large, complex SAP implementations (Full Life Cycle) and managing multiple streams to achieve business objectives.- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP core modules (SCM, FICO, CRM, BI) and integration points.- Client Engagement: Experience in client-facing consulting engagements, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into formal agreements and solutions.- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with CxO-level executives.
Good to Have Skillsets (Optional): - Consulting Experience: Background in management consulting or consulting services.- Technology Solutions: Experience with knowledge management solutions and collaborative technologies.- Gap Analysis: Familiarity with gap analysis and strategic roadmap development.- Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities, successful teamwork experience, and mentoring capabilities.- Flexibility: Willingness to work across various delivery landscapes, including Agile Applications Development and Support.
Qualifications and Experience: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.- Certifications: PMP certification and familiarity with EM level 1 or higher.- Specialized Skills: Proficiency in negotiation, vendor management, risk management, project financials, and KPI reporting.- Quality Management: Progressive skills in quality management and a strong track record of professional success, preferably in consulting services.
