This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager, Sample Solutions based in India.

As a Project Manager, Sample Solutions, you will manage custom online market research projects from initiation through completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and accurate execution.
You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, coordinating clients, vendors, internal teams, and research activities throughout the project lifecycle.
The role combines project management, client service, operational delivery, financial tracking, and risk management.
You will play an important part in maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive issue resolution.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage changing timelines, shifting priorities, and project requirements while maintaining high standards.
Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, operational efficiency, repeat business, and the successful delivery of research programs.

Accountabilities:

End-to-End Project Management: Manage low-to-mid complexity custom online market research projects across the full lifecycle, including kickoffs, sample and quota setup, survey and screener testing, fieldwork launches, monitoring, quality checks, closeout, and debriefs.
Project Delivery: Manage multiple qualitative and quantitative projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones, scope, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently achieved.
Client Service: Build professional and collaborative client relationships through regular project updates, clear communication, timely responses, and effective issue resolution.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks throughout fieldwork, monitor project performance, and ensure deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
Timeline & Scope Management: Track project milestones, respond effectively to changing deadlines and scope requirements, and maintain project momentum in a dynamic environment.
Financial Management: Maintain accurate project records, support revenue forecasting and reconciliations, coordinate invoicing, and track key financial and operational information.
Project Metrics: Monitor and report important project metrics, including field times, incidence rates, completion rates, and other indicators of project health.
Risk Management: Proactively identify feasibility, timeline, scope, and execution risks, escalating concerns appropriately and recommending practical solutions.
Vendor Coordination: Work with approved third-party vendors and outsourcing partners to meet study requirements while monitoring quality, performance, and delivery timelines.
Research Operations: Develop and apply knowledge of market research products, panel capabilities, respondent behavior, internal systems, and operational best practices.
Complex Projects: Support more specialized research projects, such as in-home usage tests, geofencing, and receipt-capture studies, with appropriate guidance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with account teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution and positive project outcomes.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of relevant project management experience, ideally within market research, consumer insights, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; an MBA in Marketing or a related discipline is a plus.
Research Knowledge: Understanding of market research and primary research methodologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to project execution.
Client Service: Previous experience in customer-facing or client service roles is strongly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely.
Organization: Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality, and deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify issues, assess risks, and develop appropriate solutions.
Technology: Familiarity with project management concepts and tools, with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
Productivity Tools: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Autonomy & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams to achieve study-specific and departmental objectives.
Adaptability: Comfortable working with changing requirements, moving deadlines, and real-time operational priorities.
Flexibility: Willingness to work across different time zones and shifts; experience supporting weekend or after-hours coverage in a 24/7 environment is a plus.
Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills, receptiveness to feedback, consistent communication, and the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
