About Us

FireTech is a design-build fire protection contractor serving the St. Louis market for over 20 years. We specialize in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire suppression systems across commercial and industrial projects, with a strong reputation for quality and code-compliant work.

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong sales capabilities to lead fire protection projects from concept through completion while driving new business growth.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who understands fire protection systems, estimating, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fire protection projects (sprinkler systems, suppression systems, etc.) from bid through closeout
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to generate new business
  • Interpret drawings, specs, and NFPA codes/standards
  • Assist with system layout and design coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, field, fabrication)
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and profitability
  • Participate in estimating, proposals, and sales strategy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: Performance-based (sales + project profitability)

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in fire protection, sprinkler systems, or related construction trades
  • Experience with system layout/design (AutoCAD, HydraCAD, or similar preferred)
  • Strong understanding of NFPA standards and code compliance
  • Proven ability in client-facing roles, estimating, or sales
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
