The SmartSheet Specialist must provide support to the Project Management Office. They are required to assist in SmartSheet development, dashboard creation, data collection and assisting the PES Project Managers for any needed information or requirements they may require for the projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assists in maintaining basic SmartSheet tasks
2. Learns SmartSheet functionality and tools
3. Helps with basic data entry and maintenance
4. Supports basic reporting activities
5. Assists in data collection and organization
6. Participates in project status meetings as an observer
7. Learns SmartSheet best practices
8. Works on routine tasks and basic projects
9. Assists in identifying basic customer needs
10. Follows established solutions and procedures
11. Processes basic transactions
12. Follows error-proofing guidelines
13. Attends customer meetings
14. Assists with basic team coordination
15. Maintains basic records and trackers
16. Manages assigned tasks
17. Attends team meetings
18. Assists with basic administrative tasks
19. Reports identified issues
20. Participates in training activities
21. Supports team improvement initiatives
22. Participates in team activities
23. Fulfills basic duties as assigned
24. Learns from team members
25. Assists with routine tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, purchasing, sales, supply chain or logistics, or related discipline
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated industry, systems and process knowledge
• Culturally attuned to customers around the globe.
• Effective oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• 0 to 2 years of experience focused on coordination of projects (Supply Chain)
