Melbourne | Influential Blue-Chip Consulting Firm

Were hiring a seasoned Project Manager or Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead a high-impact APRA remediation initiative in the cybersecurity space for a major Australian bank.

This is not a paper-pusher role were looking for someone who can command the room, drive action, and bring urgency to regulatory and security outcomes.

What You'll Tackle

  • Own delivery for a critical APRA findings remediation stream
  • Drive alignment across cyber teams, compliance stakeholders, and delivery units
  • Facilitate workshops, remove blockers, and maintain laser focus on delivery
  • Report into senior business and tech leads; influence without fluff

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or RTE within banking or cyber programs
  • Deep familiarity with cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks (APRA ideal)
  • Exceptional communication skills you get to the point and keep things moving
  • A natural driver someone who leads with energy and doesn't back down from pushback
  • Comfortable working across business, tech, and exec levels
