Shamrock Roofing and Construction is a Top 40 roofing contractor in the United States, built on an 8-figure reputation for quality, community, and results. We're expanding across the Midwest and South and looking for a Project Manager to grow with us in Des Moines, IA and the surrounding area!

We hire veterans. Must be comfortable with D2D sales — some company leads are provided, but self-generated leads are expected. Roofing sales is a year-round career.

What you'll do:

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect payment
• Manage the project from start to finish

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Self-starting, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation (you'll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available to those 21+ with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Own a cell phone
• Comfortable in outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift 50 lbs without fear of heights
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
