The Project Manager is responsible for representing Siemens Mobility on site and leading customer-facing project delivery activities across the Vietnam High Speed Rail program. Working closely with customers, project teams, and stakeholders, this role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong customer relationships and effective project governance

You will:

  • Represent Siemens Mobility on site, acting as the key interface between the customer and project organisation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead project planning, resource coordination, and execution activities to achieve project milestones, budget targets, and customer requirements.
  • Manage customer requirements, technical implementation matters, and change orders while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor project performance and drive corrective actions to manage risks, maintain schedules, and safeguard project outcomes.
  • Coordinate commissioning, testing, and delivery activities while ensuring compliance with Siemens Mobility standards, safety requirements, and project governance.
  • Provide leadership to project teams and maintain effective communication across customers, contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

Your qualifications and skills to create a better tomorrow

  • Degree qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex rail, infrastructure, transportation, construction, or major engineering projects.
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary and multicultural project environments.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
