
· Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, timelines, and milestones of the global E2E organization, including the core algorithm teams as well as the infrastructure and tooling teams.
· Oversee the execution, ensure all timelines stay aligned, mitigate slips, and escalate early.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, marketing, sales) to define product requirements and follow up on the execution.
· Partner with the Product organization to develop and execute project plans, coordinate alignment of product roadmap with program objectives, and ensure successful program delivery.
· Introduce and standardize development processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all AI/ML projects.
· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI/ML initiatives and guide continuous improvement.
· Provide strategic recommendations to leadership through impact assessments, risk analysis, and investment proposals.
· Assume responsibility for the project’s interests in North America and the alignment with the rest of the world (EU and China). This includes resource planning, demo execution, and resource allocation.
· Provide on-site support for the preparation work of high-visibility demo activities.
Required Qualifications:
· Strong and proven background in Engineering or Computer Science with a focus on AI/ML.
· Proven experience (2+ years) in project management or product management.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a deep tech/data role within the automotive/robotics/aerospace industry, specifically with ADAS or related technologies.
· Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams covering all competencies from engineering to sales.
· Extensive experience in the automotive industry and automotive development processes (Product Development Process / ASPICE) incl. KPI based software quality tracking.
· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Fluent in English.
