Your tasks

• Successful execution of complex customer projects in international environments in the given time and cost budget.
• Optimization of the consolidated project margin (proactive management, change management, claim management).
• Ensure a high customer satisfaction (through excellent delivery performance, quality and other services).
• Manage and coordinate New Product Development projects according to the H+S INN process.
• Work with design team to prepare product concept based on project request for Radio Frequency applications.
• Prepare, analyze, check and maintain cost and time estimates for assigned projects. Ensure required documents and information is complete and accurate for the assigned projects.
• Close cooperation with suppliers to ensure and improve manufacturability of new products.
• Visit customers with dev. engineers and sales people to establish relationships at appropriate levels.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and exchange with H+S Switzerland on best practices in design and technologies.
• Identify cost reduction potential and implement product changes in cost down projects.
• Analyze and actively support process improvements within the DE team and in cooperation with other departments.

Your profile

• Technical or Engineering Bachelor degree
• 5+ year engineering, application or project management experience
• Knowledge of the principles of project management, Project Management Professional certification is a plus
• Experience in dealing with projects, relate team lead
• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong follow through capability
• Able to work effectively under pressure
