Job Description

About This Opportunity

Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.

The description below is our client's overview of the background, skills, and experience they're looking for. If you meet most — but not all — of these, we still want to hear from you. Your Judit recruiter will walk you through the day-to-day work, schedule, pay, and contract length before anything moves forward.

What you'll do

You'll support projects that improve how the company's retail supply chain runs, from distribution centers to stores. A big part of the job is writing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and SAP documentation. You'll also track project progress and keep cross-functional teams aligned on goals and deliverables.

  • Help plan, carry out, and monitor project activities so work is delivered on time
  • Track progress, spot risks early, and recommend ways to reduce them
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, and serve as a go-to resource on SOP standards
  • Prepare and maintain SAP documentation
  • Analyze retail supply chain operations and improve processes across distribution centers and stores
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams so everyone stays aligned on goals and deliverables
  • Research and analyze information to support decisions
  • Monitor project performance metrics and give stakeholders regular updates
  • Help develop and roll out project management best practices

What you'll bring

  • Professional experience in project management or analysis (internships or academic projects considered)
  • SAP experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, including building presentations that pull out the key information and tell a clear story
  • Time management skills: you can prioritize several tasks with competing deadlines and adjust quickly when business needs change
  • Analytical problem-solving: you can listen, anticipate issues, and resolve them quickly
  • Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Accuracy and urgency in daily data reporting
  • Comfort learning new systems and processes quickly
  • Independence: you take full ownership of your work and ask for guidance when you need it
  • A collaborative approach, treating internal and external partners with respect

Nice to have

  • Experience working with third-party vendors
  • Mobile industry or consumer electronics retail experience
  • Supply chain or retail experience
  • Certification or education in project or product management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methods
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial analysis

Work details

  • Location: Plano, TX
  • Travel nationally about 10% of the time
  • 3–4 month contract
