Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects based in Dublin. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for delivering high quality housing developments from inception through to completion. The ideal individual will demonstrate strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage residential construction projects from planning through to handover
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, ensuring milestones are achieved
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and design consultants effectively
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure financial targets are met
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage procurement processes and oversee subcontractor performance
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to senior management
• Ensure quality standards are maintained and snagging is completed prior to handover
Requirements
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Management role within residential construction
• Proven track record delivering housing or apartment developments
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
