Your mission in our team:
You will lead complex, international railway signaling projects from early negotiation to successful handover. Your goal is to drive financial success, build strong customer partnerships, and deliver cutting-edge ERTMS and CTC systems that revolutionize global rail transport.

You’ll make a difference by:

Leading the end-to-end execution of international railway projects, ensuring financial targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.
Driving contract negotiations, claim management, and procurement strategies to optimize project profitability and cash flow.
Building strong, trust-based relationships with global customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively while capturing new business opportunities.
Empowering and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver complex Mainline and Mass Transit solutions.

Your success is grounded in:

A solid background (2+ years) managing projects within the railway signaling industry.
Technical understanding of Interlocking (I/L), ERTMS, and Centralized Traffic Control (CTC) systems.
Proven experience navigating international environments and collaborating with diverse global stakeholders.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to solve complex challenges effectively.
Fluency in English and a degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) to thrive in our global setup.
Willingness to travel and connect directly with our international partners and sites.
