Job Title: Project Manager (Railway)

Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

• To be involved in all the ISA work for the Metro line 1 Project.
• Will cooperate closely with the Assessors and will liaise also directly with MAUR, NJPT and its Contractors.
• To attend key meetings such as monthly meeting or other meeting, if demanded by MAUR.
• To review, assess, audit, and certify that the functional performance requirements of the Metro line 1 Project are met.
• Preparing assessment report form, and issue to assessors in order to audit and fill findings in to the assessment form. Review each assessor's assessment and the inputs coming from the Assessors and pertaining to their scope of review.
• Coordinating with the related Assessor the assessment results within the technical field and managing & reviewing findings before submission to MAUR.
• Coordinating with the related Assessor the preparation of the ISA deliverables for MAUR relating to their technical fields.
• Manage the entire ISA team and its activities on high management level.
• Has the capabilities and qualifications to function as an ISA Assessor and therefore will be involved in hands-on audit and assessment tasks.
• Responsibility for the quality and quantity of the entire audit and assessment activities and deliverables being provided to MAUR.
• Lead coordinator of Technical Assessment activities, ensuring that all deliverables, and assessment works, are aligned with MAUR’s project activities and within the Quality System.
• Approving all ISA deliverables.
• Review monthly reports and submit to MAUR (client).

Candidate Profile

• More 20 years work in ISA railway (independent safety assessment ), had experience of Project Director about 1-3 project ISA mission
• Graduated from universities majoring in Engineer in relevant disciplines (Metro, Railway, Rolling stock, ect..);
• Prefer candidates who have Master's degree or higher in relevant disciplines (Metro, Railway, Rolling stock, ect..);
• The expert has participated in contracts on certification of system safety related to urban railway projects as a similar/equivalent position ( at least 1 contract --> more contracts);
• Having experience and having directly participated in bidding consultancy, project management consulting at least one project.
• Having experience in making investment projects in the pre-project stage is a priority.
• Have good leadership skills, teamwork skills, communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and can travel when required.
