Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with strong Data Engineering, ETL, and Cloud platform expertise to lead steady-state delivery and operational excellence for global data and analytics engagements. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end service delivery after transition, ensuring delivery within agreed SLAs, driving client satisfaction, and leading large global delivery teams across onsite and offshore locations. The Service Delivery Manager will engage with client leadership and business stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams of 40+ analysts and data engineers, and oversee service governance, operational performance, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives across multiple client domains. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end service delivery for data engineering and analytics programs in a global delivery model across onsite and offshore teams. • Manage and mentor teams of 40+ analysts, ETL developers, data engineers, and support resources across multiple client domains. • Ensure delivery of services within agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and operational governance frameworks. • Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams for operational governance and service management. • Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement initiatives, and automation opportunities across data and analytics platforms. • Manage service governance including delivery reviews, SLA reporting, risk management, escalations, and stakeholder communications. • Oversee production support, incident management, problem management, and change management processes for data platforms and ETL ecosystems. • Collaborate with client teams, architects, cloud engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and platform stability. • Manage resource planning, utilization, capacity management, and delivery financials to meet business and operational goals. • Lead service transition to steady-state operations and ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness. • Support transformation programs, migration initiatives, and modernization efforts involving cloud and data platforms. • Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities and implement mitigation plans proactively. • Participate in client governance meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning discussions. • Support presales, RFPs, solution reviews, and client growth initiatives for data and analytics engagements. • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, security standards, compliance requirements, and organizational governance policies. ________________________________________ Key Skills • Strong understanding of ETL and data integration tools such as SSIS, IICS, Informatica, DataStage, and related technologies. • Strong expertise in database technologies including Oracle, DB2, Netezza, SQL Server, and cloud-based data platforms. • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, cloud data warehousing, and modern data engineering ecosystems. • Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native data engineering solutions. • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL workflows, data migration, and analytics platforms. • Excellent client engagement, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • Strong governance, SLA management, reporting, escalation management, and risk mitigation capabilities. • Experience managing global delivery teams in onsite-offshore and multi-vendor environments. • Experience with production support models, operational management, a
