This role is focused on supporting project management activities within the Quality organization, with a strong emphasis on initiatives related to Supply Chain and Logistics. You will play a key role in ensuring effective coordination, governance, and execution of ongoing projects.

YOU WILL

• Support project management activities within the Quality organization, particularly across Supply Chain and Logistics-focused markets
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of project roadmaps, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of initiatives
• Ensure strong project governance by tracking progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Guide key actions and deliverables to ensure timely and effective project execution
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive resolution of potential issues
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks, including:
• Updating project objectives and maintaining the master plan
• Consolidating key data and insights for internal reporting
• Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
• Support cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within project delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within an international environment
• Background in Operations, Quality, Logistics, or Supply Chain (highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across multiple levels of the organization
• Experience in coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and support decision-making
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on execution and results
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a strong advantage
• Fluent English (international stakeholder environment)
