Job Description

In this role, you will run quality management related projects with strong focus on digitalization. You translate regulatory and operational QM requirements into scalable solutions, ensure process robustness and data integrity, and lead cross‑functional roll‑outs from concept to user acceptance and handover to logistics operations.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead cross‑functional projects with a focus on logistics QM digitalization (e.g., surveillance, non‑conformance, inspections, QA data flows)
  • Analyse user and quality requirements, translate them into process/system blueprints, and align closely with IT and business stakeholders
  • Drive global roll‑outs including UAT planning/execution, training concepts and controlled go‑lives
  • Conduct process mapping, process design and process mining to improve quality and logistics workflows
  • Establish and track quality‑related KPIs and ensure audit‑ready documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate PoCs and market scans to validate tools against QM standards and operational needs
  • Manage risks, changes and stakeholder expectations to secure stable, compliant solutions

YOUR PROFILE

  • Several years of project management experience, incl. work in quality‑driven environments
  • Certification (GPM IPMA, PMP, SCRUM or similar) and a track record in digitalization of QM/operations (e.g., SAP/MES/incident mgmt)
  • Strong process management skills ( mapping, design, process mining) and UAT know‑how
  • Sound understanding of operations & quality requirements (UAT, design‑to‑operations, data integrity)
  • Structured, self‑driven working style with strong implementation capabilities
  • Willingness to travel and fluent English & German (Spanish is a plus)
  • Experience with regulated/inspection‑heavy contexts or CAPA workflows is an advantage
