To support this scale, we are seeking a high-impact Project Manager to join our Publishing Team. You will be the strategic bridge between a signed deal and a global success story, ensuring every app we touch becomes the benchmark for its cluster.

MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the post-deal phase by driving the integration of external studios into MWM. You are the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

• Ecosystem Integration: Work closely with our dev/tech teams to oversee the integration of our SDKs, APIs, and proprietary tech stacks into newly added apps.

• Product Excellence & Cluster Leadership: Your ultimate goal is to turn every new app into the #1 player in its category. You will define the roadmap to elevate product quality, improve user experience, and ensure our apps outperform the competition in every cluster.

• Strategic Growth Management: Orchestrate the growth roadmap by coordinating with User Acquisition (UA) and Monetization teams to maximize ROI and scale.

• Data-Driven Leadership: Analyze KPIs and market trends daily to steer the product vision, communicating insights and strategic pivots to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

ABOUT YOU

• The Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Ownership within the B2C mobile app industry.

• Technical Fluency: While not a developer, you are "tech-oriented." You have a solid grasp of native iOS/Android, SDK integrations, and APIs, and can navigate discussions with technical teams easily.

• Efficiency Hacker: You are passionate about productivity. You actively seek out AI-driven systems and automation tools to optimize your workflow and scale your impact.

• Product Visionary: You have a "Best-in-Class" mindset. You know what makes a top-tier app and you are obsessed with polishing products until they dominate their niche.

• Growth & Monetization Savvy: You understand the mechanics of the App Store, from ASO and UA to complex monetization models.

• Operational Excellence: You are a master of organization. You can juggle multiple studio relationships simultaneously, thriving in a high-speed, high-stakes environment.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1. HR interview (30 min video call): background and motivations.

2. Asynchronous case study evaluate your design approach.

3. Debriefing and technical interview (1 hr video call): choices and feedback on your deliverable.

4. Interview with the relevant C-Level

5. Final interview with the CEO (1 hour in person): vision, cultural fit, and ambitions.
