Job Description

iKnowHealth S.A. (IKH) is a leading provider of software solutions for the healthcare and radiology sectors and part of the rapidly growing IKH Group. Our mission is to transform clinical and radiology workflows by improving productivity, enhancing access to information, and reducing the overall cost of managing medical data.

Our core platform, the Evorad® enterprise imaging suite, is a comprehensive RIS/PACS/WORKSTATION solution that streamlines radiology operations through automation, high-quality image management, optimized communication, and robust data security. As we expand into new international markets through partners, resellers, and distributors, we are strengthening our delivery and analysis capabilities to support scalable, high-quality implementations.

We are seeking a Project Manager (public sector) to act as a key partner to the PMO team, supporting the successful delivery of healthcare technology projects, including public sector and hospital digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a balance of business analysis and project coordination skills, ensuring accurate requirements gathering, clear documentation, and successful delivery of Evorad® solutions and other healthcare initiatives within strict timelines and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all business analysis, coordination, and delivery activities are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with internal PMO workflows and quality standards
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day operational tasks, including the preparation, review, and submission of deliverables, progress reports, and official documentation required by public sector institutions. Organize internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely fulfillment of contractual and compliance obligations
  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and technical requirements through structured collaboration with clients, end users, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project and analysis plans, ensuring accurate tracking of progress, proper documentation of decisions, and effective prioritization of backlog items
  • Manage ongoing communication with clients, partners, and cross‑functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, aligned, and delivered according to expectations
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with third‑party vendors and integrators involved in system deployments, interfaces, or technical collaborations
  • Create, maintain, and version-control comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), wireframes, workflows, and process descriptions
  • Oversee business analysis activities with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between software capabilities, clinical workflows, and public sector operational needs
  • Support UAT planning and execution, system configuration, and deployment activities, serving as the liaison between functional requirements and technical implementation teams
  • Monitor project execution against contractual deliverables, service‑level agreements (SLAs), and compliance requirements, particularly within public procurement frameworks and healthcare regulatory environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related fields (postgraduate degree is a plus)
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related roles, with proven involvement in public sector projects, preferably in healthcare IT or enterprise software
  • Prior experience with healthcare projects, clinical software, or medical imaging systems (RIS/PACS) is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in multi-stakeholder environments such as hospitals and public institutions
  • Experience in creating and presenting documentation, wireframes, and functional specifications
  • Solid understanding of both functional workflows and technical solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • PMP/PMI/PRINCE2/CBAP certification is a plus

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package
  • Private health insurance plan for you and your family
  • Career development and growth opportunities
  • Continuous training via personalized seminars
  • Flexible hybrid working model (office & remote)
  • Collaborative, stable, and enjoyable working environment
