We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our customer projects!

As a reinforcement of our team in Baden in the field of protection, control and automation for medium and high voltage switchgear, you will be responsible for handling your projects with external and global customers.

Your projects span over conventional switchgears, on-shore and off-shore wind farms, hydro or solar plants, digital substations or switchgears for feeding railway or metro networks. In an interesting and versatile work environment, you will actively help to implement our commitment to technical and commercial solutions for efficient and sustainable power supply and transmission.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Responsible for international projects in the field of protection, control and automation technology for medium and high voltage switchgear

  • Independent management of projects from sales handovers to successful commissioning on site

  • Efficient coordination of international teams for engineering, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning

  • Proactive and open communication with stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

  • Successful execution of customer orders and responsibility for all contractual and commercial aspects

  • Supported by the Technical Lead Engineer for all technical matters.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and work experience in industrial or infrastructure projects

  • Interest and commitment to a more sustainable and efficient power supply

  • Min. 5 years relevant working experience

  • Requirements to lead international and globally distributed project teams

  • Project management certification (IPMA, PMI, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Motivation to take action and make decisions, supported by team spirit and strong leadership qualities

  • Knowledge in contract, change, and claim management

  • Proficiency in English, additional language skills (German, Spanish, French) are an advantage
