Sidel is seeking a Project Manager for Proposals to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Lead
Proposal Manager. In this exciting role, you will support our Sales team in developing innovative solutions and compelling proposals for our comprehensive range of equipment. You will be involved in
every stage of the process, from identifying business opportunities to facilitating contract signatures
and kick-off meetings. Collaborating closely with Sales, you will negotiate the best technical solutions
for our customers while maximizing margins for Sidel. If you are passionate about driving success

• Understand customer needs and assist in matching with Sidel portfolio;
• Prepare project specifications, costing, installation schedule, contract revision and order confirmation;
• Prepare and present budget quotation and commercial offer in collaboration with Sales force, in
  preparation for negotiations;
• Revise final offer with Sales team, applying price and discount strategy;
• Ensure project technical support and quality, cost and delivery level in front of customer;
• Main entry point for all technical aspects and communications with Sidel stakeholder;
• Prepare TCO and utilities consumptions table with support of Product Management;
• Give instructions to the Design office for definition and layout;
• Ensure data collection for project launch and handover with Project Manager Execution;
• Attend Sidel internal kick off and Customer kick off;
• Manage project risk and contingency plan as per contract and offer;
• Archive documents, offers and project files as per Sidel rules and database;
• Lead pre-contracting meeting, preparing Agenda and MOM;
• Participate to 3PE technical definition and integration into Sidel offers, as per Sourcing rules.

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering;
• Good level of English and Russian is a must;
• French / Spanish / Italian / is a plus;
• Experience in project management of large scale projects, preferably in the beverage or packaging industry;
• Precontracting/Sales experience in a comparable industry is a plus;
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Action results orientated;
• Able to work under pressure to meet customer deadline and able to work on multiple task;
• Able to work with remote management;
• Availability to travel up to <30 %, mainly in CIS and Europe.
