Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead Data projects. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to drive project planning, estimation, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage Data Engineering, Data Platform projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Coordinate with architects, SMEs, and development teams to create WBS and effort estimates.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track project progress.
• Monitor project health and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Support testing, releases, and quality assurance activities.
• Drive issue resolution and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills:

• 6-8 years of experience in IT/Technical Project Management.
• Experience managing Data, Integration projects.
• Good understanding databases, cloud platforms, and back-end systems.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery.
• Experience in project estimation, WBS creation, and resource planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Working exposure on API Development projects.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Project.

Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Able to apply Agile methodologies in real-world scenarios

Facilitation

• Basic understanding of facilitation techniques and their importance in Agile.
• Able to facilitate agile ceremonies and meetings.

• Has basic knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques.
• Able to coach and mentor team members

Agile Tools

• Able to effectively use Agile tools to manage Agile projects.

Agile Technical Practices

• Has limited knowledge of agile technical practices.
• Can apply agile technical practices to support the project delivery.
