Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

In this role, you will plan, lead, and oversee Backend Development projects to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives in terms of timeline, quality, and cost. You will monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders, manage timely escalations when needed, and ensure smooth project closure and handover to operations.

• Plan, organize, lead and control the project at Backend Development to successfully achieve all project targets in term of timeliness, quality and cost
• Tracking and reporting of project status to all stakeholders with timely escalation as required
• Ensure proper Project closure and handover to operation

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You strive to leverage strong project management expertise and semiconductor engineering knowledge to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects while ensuring clear reporting, stakeholder alignment, and successful business outcomes. You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities, enabling teams to resolve challenges, drive continuous improvement, and achieve project objectives through structured methodologies and effective teamwork

• Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc.)
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in a related field or thereof 2 years of leading projects
• Has solid project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation
• Good knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation
• Good communication skills
• Good aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding
• Able to lead team to solve standard problem (using 8D, Is-Is Not, FMEA, etc.)
• Project Management Professional Certification ispreferred
