
Salary range: $105,000 - $130,000 annually.

Holland is seeking an experienced technology Project Manager, with a focus in implementing residential multi-family technologies, to join our collaborative Project Delivery Services team at our corporate office in downtown Vancouver, WA near Vancouver's vibrant waterfront. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope, requirements, schedules, resources, risk, and strategic communication of cross-functional corporate technology projects. A successful individual in this role proactively manages project deadlines and drives projects at a pace that will energize the team, assuring overall project continuity and efficiency in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s project delivery standards, strategic vision, and Core Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Services, Business Administration, or related field required. Four (4) years of equivalent technology experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. PMP or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
Experience Five (5) years’ relevant technology project management experience with three (3) years’ multifamily technology experience required. Three (3) years’ accounting and/or human resources software implementation experience strongly preferred, including HCM and construction accounting ERP implementations.
