ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate and lead successful implementation projects (mid-size, mid-complexity, some customization) from start to finish
· Utilizing the Statement of Work, Business Requirements Document, and Use Cases, create the project plan and schedule with accurate duration estimates and resource requirements.
· Manage the schedule with the project team and client from start to finish, including:
o Prioritize tasks within the project, set deadlines, track hours
o Manage project scope; adjust via change control processes as required
o Assign project resources and manage to ensure deliverables will be met
o Deliver project on-time and on-budget
o Meet internal/client quality standards
o Forecast when projects will close so revenue can be recognized
o Coordinate efforts of various teams as required to deliver project under a shared resource model and matrixed environment
o Act as the primary client interface; own client relationship
o Serve as mentor/coach to Associate Project Manager and other less experienced members of the project team
o Interact with client’s Project Management Office (PMO), as required
o Report and manage internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
o Facilitate and execute project using Riskonnect tools and methodology
