Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Life Sciences, or related field
2. Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant supply chain, operation, and industrialization work experience
3. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships, drive accountability, and facilitate decision-making
4. Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to identify discrepancies, risks, and process gaps
6. Experience leading cross functional teams without direct line reporting authority
7. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to cross-functional and leadership audiences
9. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Desired Qualifications

1. Advanced degree
2. CAPM, PMP certification
3. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools
5. Proficiency in Power BI
6. Knowledge of design control phases for medical devices
7. Experience with PLM and ERP systems
