Project Manager, Product & Innovation IT

Our client is a global leader in strategy consulting.

Responsibilities:

Oversee global initiatives with a particular emphasis on generative AI software projects, ensuring that each project is delivered on schedule and aligns with set goals. Managing project timelines and ensuring that objectives are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate generative AI software projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior consulting, junior consulting􏰀, operations, and members of the analytics innovation and IT teams to establish objectives, testing/implementation plans, and project timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place.
• Collect and synthesize feedback on trials and completed initiatives.
• Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University Degree: A Bachelors or Master ́s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of work experience in relevant/similar position
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects, particularly those that are technology-driven, is essential.
• Understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications.
• Familiarity with the professional services industry and its unique structure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with different global teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, is necessary for effective communication in a global environment.
