Regal Boats is seeking a driven, execution-focused Project Manager to be responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of Regal Boats’ new product initiatives from concept through production launch and market adoption. This role is responsible for owning the complete lifecycle of multiple concurrent new product development programs, ensuring scope alignment, timeline execution, cost control, and BOM accuracy across each project. This role oversees engineering project execution while serving as the tactical owner of product development programs.
This position drives cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Quality to ensure new models and product improvements are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.
The role combines technical project management with product lifecycle ownership, ensuring Regal products remain competitive, innovative, and aligned with market needs.

Work Environment
Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature, reaching over 100 degrees Fahrenheit at times.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods. The team member must frequently climb into and out of the boats using stairs. The team member must frequently be able to lift 50 pounds, work 10-hour days with most of the time being on their feet, and work overtime, whether planned or unplanned.
