Team Red Dog is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Producer to support a global digital experience innovator in the gaming industry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead production efforts on a high-profile, globally recognized franchise, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive feature development, release execution, and live game operations in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

1. Strong experience leading production workflows in PC and/or console video game development, including managing feature delivery and release cycles.
2. Expertise using project management tools (especially Azure DevOps) to track work, create dashboards, and communicate project status effectively.
3. Proven ability to organize and lead cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear outcomes and follow-through across teams.
4. Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present updates to both team members and leadership.

How you will make an impact:
• Identify, track, and report on tasks and work items across multiple projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver features, content, and releases on time
• Review development schedules and provide informed feedback on roadmaps
• Partner with internal and external teams to remove blockers and maintain progress
• Communicate status updates and risks to key stakeholders regularly
• Improve workflows by leveraging tools and introducing process enhancements
• Support additional production needs and collaborate with other Producers as required

The expertise you bring:
• 5+ years of project management experience in PC and/or console video games
• At least two shipped titles with verifiable Producer role credits
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, and project management tools
• Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
