Supports physician practices in the areas of project and initiative management, process improvement, training, new service or practice integration, and Epic system problems resolution.

Experience

  • 5 years of related experience
  • Experience in working collaboratively with groups or teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops, coordinates, and maintains physician practice project-related financial, quality, and operational initiatives.
  • Manages projects and completes within specified time frames.
  • Facilitates multidisciplinary teams to evaluate processes and systems, make recommendations to increase utilization, reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, and produce favorable clinical outcomes.
  • Communicates team recommendations effectively.
  • Coordinates action plans relative to adding new services and onboarding new practices or physicians.
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external resources, collaborating successfully with physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • May supervise staff as required.
  • May research and analyze data, processes, and/or systems related to assigned projects.
  • Plans and implements special projects as needed by the Physician Practices department, system and/or service lines.
  • May serve as Information Systems & Technology point of contact to facilitate resolution of systems for the benefit of the entire practice.
  • May facilitate the delivery of Epic training for physicians, managers, and staff.
