We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Supply Chain domain, operating as part of the Portfolio Management function in the CFO organization. In this pivotal role, you will be involved across the end-to-end supply chain operations and help to shape the evolution of our global supply chain strategy.
In this position, you will work closely with Portfolio Managers to achieve strategic priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and Global Data, which will ensure the successful execution of programs and projects. From preparing decision board content to coordinating project updates and contributing to cross-functional CFO initiatives, you’ll be at the center of driving progress, alignment, and transparency across our organization.

Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in project, program or portfolio management
End-to-end Supply Chain know-how, FMCG environment preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, etc.)
Experience in Consulting is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management
Fluent in English
Proven success in driving cross-functional teams and managing complex projects following Project Management Methodologies
Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and collaboration/project management tools

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
Capability to communicate complex situations in a straightforward, fact-based manner to stakeholders
Familiarity with project management tools (preferably Workfront, Confluence, and Jira) to coordinate cross-functional projects
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
