We’re looking for a Project Managerto join our dynamic CoE team who will be responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects across Havas’ global network and setting a standard for excellence in project management practices, delivering on time, high-quality and business aligned projects.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Lead and coordinate complex global projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with global product, development, and operational teams to define deliverables and success criteria.
• Act as a key point of contact for governance, process definition, and stakeholder alignment.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies while proposing proactive solutions.
• Improve project delivery processes and support adoption KPIs for global tools.
• Facilitate communication across global and local teams, maintaining momentum and stakeholder satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Administration, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience delivering cross‑functional or multi‑market projects.
• Proven track record managing complex initiatives in global or matrix environments.
• Strong command of project management tools (Office 365, Jira, ClickUp, MS Project).
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI) is a plus.
• Advanced/Professional English (C1–C2) required.
