Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Germany

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for pharmaceutical clients in Germany. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, developers, QA, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and regulatory requirements.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Drive Agile project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare project status reports and executive presentations.
• Ensure high-quality delivery within scope and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Fluent English required;
