What Part Will You Play as a Project Manager?

• As part of the Business-as-usual (BAU) Project Management Team, you will manage all aspects of complex projects for existing clients in Latin America;

• Design, communicate and implement operational plans for project delivery, and monitors progress and performance against it;

• Facilitate and manage the analysis of project requirements, ensuring clear understanding of resource estimates and timelines required for project completion.

• Acts as a liaison with other areas at FIS, such as Technology, QA and Business Analysis, to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree;

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, with hands-on experience managing projects directly with external clients.

• Good communication, resilience , negotiation and leadership skills;

• Advanced English Level (Speaking, Listening and Writing) is mandatory;

• Advanced Spanish Level (Speaking, Listening and Writing) is mandatory.

• Availability to work in Campinas in a hybrid model.
