🎯 Your Mission (if you accept it!)
As a Payment Project Manager, you will:
Be the orchestrator of client projects, from onboarding to go-live
Analyze client needs, identify gaps, and turn them into opportunities
Drive project rituals, timelines, and delivery with precision
Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with clients
Lead strategic internal projects, impacting multiple teams across the group
Always keep an eye on continuous improvement & innovation
💡 What You Bring
3+ years of experience in payment project management (finance, fintech, consulting…)
Strong expertise in cards and/or e-commerce payments
Solid background in Agile project/program management
Natural ability to understand client needs & turn them into solutions
Experience working with cross-functional, international teams
Fluent in English (Spanish or Italian or French = big plus)
And above all: curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to make an impact
