Our client is a well-known property developer, they are looking for a Project Manager (Oversea Property Development).
Project Manager (Oversea Property Development)
Responsibilities:
- Handle oversea property projects in London, Canada and Hong Kong
- Ensure all construction activities with high quality construction standards
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate all negotiations with vendors, suppliers, consultants and contractors on all stages of the project on schedule cost and quality
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Architecture or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in property development project, preferably in sizeable property developer or consultant firms
- Relevant professional qualifications and possess hands on experience in handling sizable projects
- Member of RIBA or HKIA and Registered Architect
- Authorized Person would be a definite advantage
- Responsible with strong leadership and project management skills
- Immediately available is preferred
