We are seeking experienced Project Managers to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation across four key workstreams: Finance, HCM, Technical, and Data Migration/Integration
Each Project Manager will take ownership of their assigned workstream, coordinating stakeholders, project activities, risks, dependencies, schedules, and deliverables to support successful program execution.
Lead project activities for an assigned ERP workstream.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
Coordinate business, technical, and implementation stakeholders.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
Monitor project progress and communicate status to leadership.
Facilitate project meetings and working sessions.
Coordinate requirements, testing, implementation, and deployment activities as applicable to the workstream.
Support cross-workstream coordination and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Ensure deliverables remain on schedule and meet quality expectations.
Candidates will be aligned to one of the following:
Finance – Financial ERP processes and implementation.
HCM – Human Capital Management and related ERP processes.
Technical – Technical implementation, systems, architecture, and technology coordination.
Data Migration/Integration – Data migration, integrations, interfaces, and related implementation activities.
7+ years of experience managing large system enhancements, replacements, or ERP implementations.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise projects.
Oracle Fusion Cloud experience strongly preferred and highly valued.
Strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
PMP certification preferred.
Candidates with an active PMP certification will be viewed favorably.
Experience relevant to the specific workstream is preferred.
Must be available onsite in Jefferson City, Missouri, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Central.
Remote work is subject to state approval and may be revoked.
Must successfully pass a Missouri State Highway Patrol fingerprint background check.
This is a 100% dedicated assignment with no split allocation to another client.
