Responsibilities will include:
Leading a project team to ensure that the Client's and the Company's objectives in undertaking the project are achieved.
Implementation of the project's quality and safety plans, and ensuring the safety of all personnel and property
Liaising and coordinating with Sub Contractors and/or suppliers of specialized services or equipment.
Liaising with the Contracts Manager to secure suitably skilled/qualified personnel, plant, equipment, and other resources required for the project.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in MEP site-based project management of fit-out/interior projects.
You must have managed large-scale projects and have excellent management
skills.
