Service Description: 

As an Siemens ONE Pricing Project/Service Manager, you will be at the core of our CRM Data Operation. You have the end-to-end responsibility for your designated project and service, becoming the vital link between our business stakeholders and the technological world. The goal is to build data driven pricing solutions to empower and enable our sales & marketing team to make critical data driven pricing decision-making. Through your dynamic leadership skills, clear communication and customer centric mindset you lead a team to develop innovative data models, applications, dashboards and solutions.

Your journey with us will include:

• Assuming ownership and accountability for your assigned service within the Siemens ONE Pricing Project environment
• Orchestrating a team of developers, fueling the creation and maintenance of data models, data products, interactive dashboards, and other data solutions
• Serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating technical language into accessible business insights
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Steering the team using agile work methodologies and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement
• Managing, planning, and forecasting project budget and resources

The Toolkit You'll Need:

• A degree in Management, Sales, Economics, Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in IT product or service management (>5 years)
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible business language
• Experience in leading employees, ideally within a global context
• Sales, L2C, CPQ knowledge is essential
• A thorough understanding of data architecture and data modelling principles is nice to have
• Hands-on experience with creating data models and interactive dashboards
• A deep understanding of the value of data and analytics in business decision making
• An agile mindset and experience with agile methodologies
• Teamwork is key
• Fluency in English written and spoken is mandatory, German language is a plus
