Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall planning, organization, direction, coordination and control of all operations to meet project objectives and company business plan
Manage and monitor projects progress to ensure timely completion of the project
Maintain strict adherence to project budget
To lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work
Understand and ensure site safety requirements are met while executing works on site by sub-contractors.
Coordinate the projects tendering and proposal, project management and procurement and inventory functions of the constituent units
Plan skills training and development programmes to leverage the knowledge and competencies of employees
Implement the business plan ensuring that they are executed effectively and that continuous efforts are being made to refine and improve the business
Coordinate with multiple parties, not limiting to government authorities, consultants, contractors, suppliers and etc
Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in Civil, Electrical or its equivalent
Min 5 years of relevant managerial experiences in Petrochemical/ Oil & Gas, Chemical Process or Pharmaceutical Plant
Sound knowledge of Process Industrys safety and technical practices
Possess project management experience in managing the process plant with proven track records
Strong Leadership qualities
Good analytical and quality conceptual skills
Good communication skills
