Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client's team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry, with experience in Fabrication, Modular Building, and EPC projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and timely completion of project tasks.
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, and develop and implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address any issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure their professional development and project success.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement in project management processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong background in Fabrication, Modular Building, and EPC projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
